Being around all of these amazing choral educators and great choirs is just inspiring. I wish I could really capture this all in words, but I don’t think it’s possible.

But I saw a boys choir from the Czech Republic tonight. And if I get the chance to work with kids even half as in love with music as those boys clearly were, I’ll die happy.

It’s a great reminder of what the profession aspires to. And I’m learning so much!

Anyway. I really need sleep. I’m the driver for this trip, and Madison, WI isn’t the most intuitive city to drive around :P

I’m just glad the music profession has these amazing conventions to remind us all why we do what we do.
